1. Your primary audience is Community Health Worker members of National Association of Community Health Workers and supporting Allies.
  2. Session presenters must include at least one community health worker presenter. Speakers shall be registered NACHW members by the time of the event.
  3. There are a total of 16 workshop sessions each 1 hour in length with an average audience size of about 100-150 attendees. Presentations should be designed to be interactive in format, with approximately 30 minutes planned for actual presenting time and a max of 20 slides.
  4. Your topic, bio and headshot will be promoted through NACHW social media, website, and a printed agenda shipped to all attendees.
  5. Each workshop session will be recorded, and recordings may be distributed by NACHW as future educational material and marketing promotion.  Please do not present any materials that you do not have authorization to present.
  6. Your application will be reviewed by a selection committee and committee member may contact you with further questions.
  7. All requested documentation and draft presentation must be uploaded by June 18th. If selected, there will be an opportunity to edit presentation and provide an updated file prior to conference workshop session.
  8. You must have access to a computing device with web camera, speakers, high speed broadband access or ethernet access and Microsoft Power Point with closed caption functionality.  It is highly recommended that your computing device is directly ethernet connected versus using a wireless connection.
