Before submitting, please note:
- NACHW will use the topic, bio, and headshot you submit to promote the event via social media, the website, and printed agendas shipped to all attendees prior to the event.
- All workshop sessions will be recorded and recordings WILL be distributed by NACHW as future educational material and marketing promotion. By accepting a speaker slot, you consent to NACHW recording and disturbing conference presentations, slide deck(s), and/or other submitted materials during and after the conference. Please do not present any materials that you do not have authorization to present.
- Your application will be reviewed by a selection committee and committee members may contact you with further questions.
- You must upload all requested documentation and draft presentation by July 15th. If selected, you will have an opportunity to edit and update your presentation files prior to your assigned workshop session.
- You must have access to a computing device with a web camera, speakers, and high-speed broadband access or ethernet access. Direct ethernet connection is strongly recommended.
